Dining in the Dark is meant to offer a ‘taste’ of what it’s like for those with vision loss or impaired vision … similar to our brothers and sisters with albinism. In the dark, all your senses are enhanced and eating becomes a new experience! Hosted by the St. John the Baptist and St. Thomas Aquinas ZeruZeru Ministry.

St. John the Baptist offers Anointing of the Sick every 5th Sunday.
The Rite of Anointing tells us there is no need to wait until a person is at the point of death to receive the Sacrament. A careful judgment about the serious nature of the illness is sufficient.
