Let’s Get Started!

If you are proposing a St. John the Baptist-sponsored program or event, please begin by checking the parish calendar for date availability. If there are no conflicting events submit the proposal form.

School fundraisers and/or events should be approved by the principal before submitting a proposal form.

Once the pastor approves the proposal, parish staff will notify the contact person listed with the next steps.

For events or programs that involve raising funds or soliciting donations, please complete the fundraising approval form at least 60 days before the event.

Contact the parish office at 920-892-4006 or sjbparish@sjbplymouth.org with questions.

Parish and School Fundraising

To better coordinate the many fundraising events critical to the success of St. John the Baptist, the Finance Council established a fundraising policy and a fundraising approval process that requires advance notice and approval of all fundraising activities. The purpose is to ensure that our fundraising activities are consistent with our not-for-profit status; to avoid overburdening the congregation with requests for money; and to ensure that the resources of the church are focused on the highest priority needs and consistent with the approved church budget.
