Curriculum:
Our high school program invites teens into a deeper relationship with Christ through prayer, community, and meaningful exploration of the Catholic faith. Each year’s curriculum blends Scripture, Church teaching, real-life application, and opportunities for students to grow as disciples. Through engaging sessions, conversations, and experiences rooted in our Catholic tradition, we aim to support teens as they build a lifelong foundation of faith.
Confirmation:
Typically, Students will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the fall of their junior year of high school. That being said, their year of “immediate Confirmation preparation” is their sophomore year. During that year, students will meet once a month on the second Sunday with a parent or sponsor following the 9:30am Mass until 11:30am. When preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation, it is important to spend time going out into the world and being Christ to others. Prior to Confirmation, Faith Formation students complete ten hours of service in the parish. Beginning in 8th-grade students can begin recording community service hours. There will also be an overnight retreat in the fall, prior to the Confirmation.
